Fiduciary

Fiduciary refers to the values of good faith and trust. A fiduciary manages another's financial interests with that other person's best interests in mind. An example is a financial advisor who manages people's money but who also sells his company's products such as insurance. This advisor is in a fiduciary relationship that requires he or she place the customer's best interests over those of the company he works for.
