HOW TO USE CSEVIDEO.COM

Here are some suggestions on how to use the site.  Watch the video, and
use your clipboard to take notes as you are watching as if you are in the
actual case. then view the note for that case and analyze what portions
you either missed or misunderstood.

When you go to do the assessment exam, watch the video type up your
patient note int he timed page then compare the actual note to the note
you typed.

the best way to get ready for your SEP requirement is to write the notes
by hand and the study guides we have, we do not offer printing, because as
you rewrite it you will memorize it, once you have written it listen to
the audios and it will all come together for you.

CSEVIDEO.COM:  Includes full cases they are no longer separated into history and physical exam. They are15 minutes or less and brought to you as a whole case. There is a beep when five minutes are remaining and we have 48 cases in total. We have 12 different sp's for each set of cases. Both male and female with all different chief complaints, challenging questions and a variety of attitudes and personalities. This is nearly identical to the real exam. Our exam room has all the instruments and the same set up as the real exam.

INTEGRATED CLINICAL ENCOUNTER (ICE) is the portion of the exam where you ask associated symptoms, gather data that will go into your patient note and do a physical exam. We offer  48 brand new videos, with 12 different sps, all under timed circumstances of 15 minutes or less in a room identical to what you can expect in the real exam.In addition we have study guides that will help you to become well-equipped in mastering data gathering, patient notes, communication, and spoken English. These skills will put you over the top in your preparation for the CS exam.  Our patented products include a compilation of all the current textbooks into one specialized format that is organized, easy to understand and simple to remember.

CIS COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILL (CIS) This is the part of the cs exam where you are expected to be empathetic, allow the patient to speak, counsel when necessary, and present a closing. Our cis program consist of an audio selection that includes full cases from the beginning of walking in to the end of the encounter each case involves a challenging question, a difficult patient and counseling. This section shows you how to develop and maintain the empathetic needs for the cs exam.   

 SPOKEN ENGLISH AND PROFICIENCY SECTION OF THE CS EXAM (SEP) We work on improving your pronunciation of medical words, through our associated symptoms program, cases, and audio notes. These are same 30+ audios used in the cis portion or our program so you can excel at sep and cis at the same time.

ASSESSMENT EXAM: Includes 12 mystery cases with 12 different standardized patients. There is an interactive time paged to type the patient note within ten minutes and a 2 minutes warning notice. The exam cases are undisclosed so you can prepare yourself for the element of surprise similar to the real exam. Once you complete typing your patient note for the case it will be automatically emailed to you. You can click the link to t he actual patient note for that case once you have completed your patient note and assess your ability to manage  ice, cis and sep as if it were the real exam.
