IF YOU ARE RECEIVING AN ERROR MESSAGE OF MULTIPLE USER LOG IN:

Please use the log out button to log all the way out at the end of your session each time in order to log back in. If you x out of your browser your account will remain active and you will receive an error message stating "multiple user login." This is also the case if you lose your internet connection while you are logged in.  It may take a few minutes for your log out to be effective and allow you to log back in.

Please be sure you have downloaded adobe flash player 10+, there is a link for this download on the homepage under the sample video.

Please increase the volume on your computer and on the video this will increase the audio.

EMAIL OF YOUR PATIENT NOTE:

Pease be sure to use the email you registered with when requesting a copy
of your typed patient note. For example, when you begin the timed page you
must input the email address associated with your current account or the
email address you originally registered with.
You will not receive actual feedback regarding your note, however you will
compare your note to the note that was created by csevideo for that case.

MNEMONICS:

Please refer to the first page of the study notes to retrieve an explanation for each of the mnemonics used in the patient notes and the outlines.
